It cleared the drains fast and in a manner that was safe for the plumbing as well as for my staff to handle. I had the products down every apartment drain early in the day so there would be more time for your stuff to work. We used only a couple of gallons in my Dunkin Donuts floor drains. My only complaint is that your 5 gallon jugs were a bit heavy for me. My neighbor helped me open them and I am able to pour the products into smaller containers and pour them when needed. Your liquids fixed my stubborn john that was running slow for years and all of my drains are running faster. The best part of it is when I called the pumper, he said he was surprised it was so clean – there was hardly no sludge.
