Return Policy
Due to the nature of our viable, lab-tested products, we do not resell returned products, and we do not offer cancellations or returns. Our prices are deeply discounted and shipping is free on orders over $100. Once your order is placed, our quality control and shipping departments immediately prepare your order. Package refusal will result in reporting to the three major collection bureaus as well as a 20% restocking fee, plus shipping charges. For international shipments: package refusal will result in collection agency reporting, a 30% restocking fee, shipping charges as well as all related costs including customs and duties.
SHIPPING POLICY
Most orders will be shipped right away, within 48 hours. Special orders, including bulk orders may take 1 to 3 weeks for delivery, depending on your location. Orders to International destinations, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and the Virgin Islands do not qualify for free shipping. Drainteks’s customer service will contact you with the exact shipping charges. If you require expedited shipping, please let us know and we will be happy to accommodate you. Our standard shipping of Fedex or UPS usually arrives within 5 to 7 days .
International Orders
Customer will be responsible for all shipping charges including any duties or taxes.

Orders are typically sent out the same day if placed before noon or one business day following order placement. Business days are Monday thru Friday, excluding holidays.
Expected Delivery Times are:
Ground: typically 5-7 business days after being sent to our delivery company depending on location.
Expedited: by the end of the second business day after being sent to our delivery company.
Express: by the end of the next business day after being sent to our delivery company.
- Customers placing orders from Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii, Virgin Islands, other US territories and internationally will be contacted by a Customer Service Representative who will quote the exact shipping charge for their order.
- All Canadian orders, will be shipped ground. Canadian customers will be responsible for Customs clearance, duties, and taxes. Those charges will be collected, cash on delivery, when you receive your package, or in certain instances before your order is shipped. These charges are billed strictly by Canadian Customs and are not connected to www.Drainteks.com’s shipping and handling charges. Drainteks.com reserves the right to collect the estimated custom charges in advance to assure you get your shipment in a timely fashion, without delay. If Drainteks incurs Customs and Duties charges after your shipment arrives, you will be liable to pay Drainteks those charges.
- Because of weight and dimension issues, certain products will ship via Ground only.
- Customer will receive shipping tracking information via email as soon as order is shipped. If there is a problem with the shipment, please notify customer service immediately so that we can rectify the order. If the order is damaged we need you to immediately call us so that we may file an insurance claim.
