My septic system was in total failure before Drainteks saved my property and pulled me out of a complete disaster. My home is 25 years old. I am on a well and my soil is sandy. Patches of black sludge surfaced over the middle of my drain field, and I was having to pump my tank out every few weeks! There were bad odors inside my house. I was told that a new drain field was my only option and at a cost I could not bare to spend, it was the last thing I wanted to do. I gave it my all, crossed my fingers, and ordered 2 of the level 5 shocks to blast it back to health. I switched all our product habits from toilet paper to you-name- it to help things along. It was scary to go through the process because I did not know whether I would eventually have to dig up my property or not. The whole process took very little time, less money and headaches than having to dig up my property! I am still in a state of ever-grateful relief.

A 3 foot diameter of water pooled at the end of my leach field. It was winter and the septic tank people told me the sludge was what was causing my leach field to fail and the only way to fix it was to put in new lines. I kept trying a lot of different products but nothing worked. We gave up and put in a new drain field system the next summer. Worse move ever! It was an expensive night mare and smelly mess. The smells never went away. The contractor had no satisfactory response when we asked when we should expect the smells to go away after the septic was fixed. Our hands were tied because he did what he promised and replaced the lines. And then the drain field failed again 3 and a half years later! Fortunately, we tried your solutions! It took a while to get all the product down as everything was completely backed up. I was surprised that it was clearing up within a day and I could run the water, take a shower AND the smells were gone! Thank you Drainteks.

We were headed for a major expense when our tank started overflowing. We decided to shock it with heavy shocks of your products. We were nervous at first about waiting for a sign of improvement. It turned out to be the best thing we could ever do. We were able to stop the pump outs right away!

Remember we had so much water emerging from the drain field that it looked like a stream running downstream? After our drinking water started having a nasty sulfur smell, we stopped using the jacuzzi, limited our showers, dishwasher, and washer. We used paper plates and cups so less strain would be on the system while we were doing the shock. First, we pumped out the tank that was full of sludge. Then we shocked the system by pouring the 311 and 211 liquids through the toilets and drains. Your products brought the tank’s water level to stay below the outlet baffle. The smells disappeared right away and the soil started drying out, little by little. It was a small sacrifice to get our system back to where it should be. We have gone back to our normal habits, take long showers, do as much laundry as we want and use our dishwasher like we never had any issues. Thanks for helping giving our life back to us.

My septic system was seeping and I was told that I needed to dig in a new leach field. I replaced my D-box and it was time to change it but my leach lines were plugged up and still seeping. I went ahead with your products. I poured it directly into my D-box and all of my drains and toilets. It gave my lines the new life they needed and saved me a fortune in replacement costs.

We were getting our house ready to sell and were told after our pump outs were getting more and more frequent that the only solution was to dig up our yard and put in a new drain field. With a fifty thousand dollar landscaping investment, we couldn’t lose that kind of money and another 20K for a new drain field. You saved us not only a lot of money but the unimaginable headaches that would have been involved in doing an unnecessary procedure.

Your products worked to restore our overflowing septic tank in no time! We had limited water usage and saw some reduction in the level of the surface water, but it went right back up once we started to use more water. I tried every product and nothing worked until I shocked my system with three of your 2.5 and 5 gallon containers as directed, through the drains and toilets. I put the entire 211 liquid directly into the D-box. In less than 24 hours, the overflow was drained and we were back using our laundry, showers and dishwasher.

It is our first home and the first time we had a septic system when we moved in last year. Our septic tank was cleaned out and since it passed inspection , we thought we were safe. Shortly after, we started having sewage odors in the house and the backyard was moist all the time where our drain field is. When it rained, several inches of water backed into our shower. There was a small lake that formed to the side of the house, and our crawl space was flooded. We spoke to several septic pumper companies and they all told us that our drain field had failed and needed to be replaced – a huge cost. We did not have the money for a new system and kept having problems for months until we stumbled across your company. We started taking short showers and cut our water use. I poured the buckets into all the drains and toilets. The odors went away over night and are still gone. Thanks to Drainteks, It has been eight weeks now, we have not had one single backups, and the lawn is getting dry. The Lamberts.

Smells like rotten egg in our house went on for more than two years and the cesspool was needing to be drained more and more. The area around it was wet and because of the smells, we were embarrassed to have company. I ordered the shock to try to reverse the overflow and odors. Thankfully, the smells are gone and since the cesspool stopped overflowing, the soil started to dry out around it. Before your shocks, I allowed the pumper to use caustic acid to try and fix our cesspool. It was a terrible idea and not only did it not work, it made our smells worse and never stopped the pump-outs. Luckily, I did it only once. Obviously, the acid did not entirely kill the cesspool because your product worked to stop the overflow. I use your 311 liquid monthly to maintain our system and I double to 2 cups when we have guests. It has been over a year and we have not had a pump out. Thank you for walking us through this and for all your tips.

In the morning, I filled the bathtub with water. This morning, it was all particles in the bottom, what I thought was dirt on the bottom of our bathtub. When I got into the bathtub, it smelled horrible, and I had to get out right away. I regretted having gotten into the bath because what I thought it was only dirt, was sludge! I did not continue to take another bath and figured the next day things would be better, but no, it was the same thing. It seemed to be an intermittent problem because it was not happening all the time and I found that strange. After the problem kept coming back, I bought your products and had it poured down all my pipes. Problem solved! It was horrible, not funny and in fact painful to get into a bad pipe situation. Now I know that pipes are the most important thing when I buy my new property. I treat each and every pipe on a regular basis and have not had odors or backups since.
