We weren’t having any issues with our 10 year old septic system but from what I understand after reading all of your material, treating my system heavily at first would only set me ahead. And it did. After 12 months, when I called my pumper he said the tank was super clean. I should not have called him because he pumped out all of your good bacteria away but at least I know your bugs were working. I like the powder because I just flush the entire bag- easy.

As I promised, here is my story. I did not know at the time but when I ordered the products my well was at risk. I called you to reorder after I got results and your tech explained what had happened. My system is over 30 years old. My entire lawn was wet. I religiously put in one bag of the powder every 3 months. It took over a year for it to completely dry out my soil and it remains dry today. Your product worked miracles! Kim told me that the reason it took a year for my soil to completely dry out was because I was using your product as someone with no problems and a newer system would. It really needed one good shock and if I had to do it again, I would do it and hit it differently. I did not know at the time that my well or anything else was at risk! I run a bed and breakfast and since I installed my sauna, the extra water use put a big strain on my lines. I was in deep trouble when I had a stream running downhill over my entire drain field. My home is 50 years old and so is my septic system. After I received the 22 packets, I shocked my septic over 14 days by flushing one pack each day down each toilet and I now have 8 left to maintain it for the next 2 years. One slow toilet was flushing slow and that is where I flushed most of the powder. It is not slow any more. I will order your Drainteks liquids to shock my system some more.
